I know there are better versions of this out there, but this is about as simple as it gets. Cake mix is on sale at our local Wal Mart and I don't want a whole layer cake sitting around. Besides, it's cold outside and warm cake is warm.
Ingredients
1/2 cup cake mix
1 T. butter or oil
1/4 cup milk
In an average sized coffee mug melt the butter or dump in the oil. Add the cake mix. Add the milk. Mix well. Microwave till done. My microwave takes about two and a half minutes. Yours may take longer. Better to undercook it than overcook it. Add chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts before cooking, if you want to get fancy, and feel free to top it with whipped cream or frosting or something, but it's good all by its lonesome. It's not gormet, but it is simple, warm, sweet, and fast. There's an inappropriate joke in there someplace, but I'll let somebody else make it.

I saw a funky CAKE thing on late night TV...it's some kind of CAKE on a stick like a lollypop.
You put regular CAKE mix in the special pan with all these round sections, like cupCAKEs but not. Then you bake it. Then you put sticks in the warm CAKE. Then you decorate them.
