Five on Friday: The First
Trav at trav's thoughts does this Friday meme where you pick five songs to share with your friends. In the weeks of enjoying the songs my friends like, I have noticed a sad lack of the kind of flavor that a real nerd would add to the meme, and so here are five of my favorites. Sadly, some of my favorites from DFTBA records aren't on the playlist site yet... Still, these are all great songs.

I love your sense of humor. That's an interesting meme that could expand my knowledge of music.
I'll admit it, I've never heard of a single one of these songs but that's the fun of a meme like Five on Friday, isn't it??
LOL! I bet you didn't think anyone else would have heard of any of these songs, but my husband has Re Your Brains on his You Tube playlist. Hank Green's Deep Sea Anglerfish is new to me...but not for long.
