1. I painted a bit of house trim this evening. At this rate the house will be painted by the time it needs painted again.
2. I wash dishes by hand. We do not have a dishwasher. Well, we do but it's in the garage waiting for me to figure out how to hook it up and get it working. Can I do this in a weekend, or is it a longer term project?
3. My baby brother is getting married for the first time in September. He's a very tall person from a very tall family and a veteran and a college graduate and he's still my baby brother.
4. My vacuum cleaner broke its belt today and I can't figure out how to get to the part of it that houses the part that holds the other end of the belt and I forgot to ask Hubby when I spoke with him on the phone and he will be irritated with me because he won't be able to see the vacuum cleaner to answer my question anyway. Also, I don't remember fixing this before and I don't know where to buy the belt or how big its supposed to be. ::Doh::: forehead slap. I should have kept the old one.
5. I'm not in a happy, cheerful, optimistic mood today, but I will try not to be too depressing.
6. Morse code is hard.
7. My favorite color used to be blue and then it was green and now I think I like blue again. I made my blog the colors I would like to make my kitchen.
8. Lettuce has a flavor and it isn't pleasant really but at least it's subtle enough that a good dressing covers it up. I enjoy a salad if I get to have plenty of salad dressing. I like the texture of leaf lettuce but Daughter likes iceberg.
9. PJs are way better than night gowns because night gowns get all twisted up when you sleep.
10. Even though I know that real coffee connoisseurs don't like flavored coffee, I like flavored coffee. I just don't buy it because it's more expensive.
11. Hubby makes great Espresso and he introduced me to the coffee press which I can even use. I should make coffee press coffee. That'd perk me up.... I should wait till morning.
12. I had to go to the hardware store twice today because I didn't buy enough wing nuts. Our mayor owns the hardware store. I saw him there.
13. I like cactuses better than cacti and Octopuses better than octopi, but I don't say mouses.

2. I have never installed a dishwasher. I wash my dishes by hand and then put them through the dishwasher because I am too lazy to make sure I have cleaned them properly.
3. My baby brother is one step away from being a family disgrace. me, my step mom and my dad are trying to decide if we need to remove their eighteen month old daughter from their home until they grow the Hell up!
4. take the name of the vacuum, as well as the model and serial number to a vacuum repair shop. they will point you to the correct belt.
5. I have been in a so so mood for about a month now. I'm trying not to let it show on my blog either. don't think it is working so well.

7. My kitchen is a disgusting shade of gray. I hate it. But I have no idea what i would like to change it too, plus, painting SUCKS
8. I like the taste of iceberg lettuce and hate all others with a passion. My favorite dressing is Italian
9. I sleep naked because seams annoy the heck out of me. If there is a wrinkle in the sheet under me, I will have a bruise in the morning if I have not gotten up to smooth it.
10. I LOVE flavored coffee. And flavored creamers. And flavored coffee syrups. I love any coffee but instant, decaf and Starbucks
11. Oh. i also really dislike espresso's. they are too strong...bitter.. is that the right word?
12. I have no idea what a wing nut is, and I don't plan on learning I have a husband for hardware store type things. I'm a throwback from the fifties i think.
13. I say them the same way. same with mice.
In retrospect, I could really just copy and paste this into my blog and make it a post. But I am lazy.

Great list...Sounds like you need to find a handy person to help out with a few odds and ends....
You can buy those creamers with flavoring if you like flavored coffees I heard they are not too bad.
You might be able to find a diagram on the internet of your vacuum for the belt change procedure...

My problem with Morse code is in hearing it. On the page it makes perfect sense.

Ragedy: I need a handy man... or Hubby to come home and visit. He's pretty handy and he's nice to look at too.
Stev: I still didn't make coffee press coffee... it's so unfair. The only time I have time to make it is late at night.
